Leave us a message before coming, to make sure that a member can welcome you in our clubhouse.

Runway Characteristics, Traffic Pattern, Radio Frequency

Always check the AIP (AD 1.1 §12 Aerodrome directory) and NOTAM for latest information!

Grass strip, 06/24, 760m x 30m. Elevation 424 ft.

Standard traffic pattern (left-hand circuit; recommended altitude 1,500 ft).

Radio frequency: 123.550 "Backamo".

Note: touch-and-go landings (TGL) are allowed only on weekdays 09-18 LT; Saturday-Sunday during odd weeks only 09-18 LT.
If you are not sure, ask the question when getting your PPR.

Fuel

Hjelmco unleaded AVGAS 91/96 UL is available on request through Backamo Flygklubb.

Contact Martin Hellberg ("teknisk ansvarig/tankstation") for current availability and details on payment.

 

Weather

The nearest aeronautical weather stations are located at Stallbacka Airport (ESGT) and Säve Airport (ESGP).​
